Q: What is SWEEAC?

A: SWEEAC, Inc is an crisis support center that offers food and clothing distribution, disaster assistance, empowerment and employment resources to Southwest Atlanta residents.

Q: Who can use SWEEAC?

A: SWEEAC is for Southwest Atlanta residents who reside in the 30310, 30331, and 30311 zip code, unless you are referred by one of the partner worship centers.

Q: Where is SWEEAC located?

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Monday, Wednesday - Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Food and Clothing Distribution

Monday & Thursday 9:30 am - 1:00 pm

Q: How can I make a donation or volunteer?

A: Our volunteer needs change with the season. Please contact our office for our specific needs. You can also go here. Financial donations can be made by mailing a check made to SWEEAC, Inc. and mailed to POB 310753, Atlanta, GA 31131.

Q: What is the service provided at Thanksgiving and how do I volunteer?

A: During the Thanksgiving Holiday we distribute food baskets which contain either a ham, turkey or small hen along with fresh or canned vegetables, bread and some sort of dessert. We need help putting the boxes together along with distribution. Please contact the Center for specific dates and times of distribution and volunteer participation.

Q: What are the services provided at Christmas and how do I volunteer?

A: During the Christmas Holiday we distribute food baskets which contain either a ham, turkey or small hen along with fresh or canned vegetables, bread and some sort of dessert. Our Christmas service is the distribution of toys for kids through Toys 4 Tots. We need help putting the boxes together along with distribution. Please contact the Center for specific dates and times of distribution and volunteer participation.
